Original Bites. Original Biltong Bites are made the use of carefully selected pieces of lean topside beef joints of the very best quality. It takes a huge 280g of our freshly marinated topside beef to make 100g of our Original Biltong Bites.  We also boast a massive 60g of protein per 100g portion!  The beef joints are carefully hand cut into thin strips.  The meat is then marinated the use of a selection of herbs and spices that we carefully roast and ground on our premises. The beef strips are then left to marinade with a purpose to absorb all of the spices. The meat strips are then slowly air dried to perfection. Consistency: Our Original Biltong Bites are totally lean and will have a Well Done consistency, as all of the moisture is got rid of right through the drying process.  It is moderately a tough chew.  Just the way it’s supposed to be! In a position-to-eat delicious beef snack. To be had in 125g, 250g, 500g and 1kg. Carefully selected joints of topside beef of the very best quality. Marinated the use of natural herbs and spices.
