The Biltong Man Droëwors range has taken its first step with the launch of our South African Traditional Droëwors flavour infused with a blend of traditional spices & healthy fats.

Droëwors is a Traditional South African dried beef sausage, based on the original, coriander-seed spiced boerewors sausage and eaten as tasty nutritious snack. Droëwors is popular with all age groups and fitness enthusiasts as a result of its high protein, natural Creatine and healthy fat content. It is on a regular basis made from dun wors (Afr. “thin sausage”) moderately than dik wors (“thick sausage”), as the thinner sausage dries more quickly and is thus less likely to spoil before it may be preserved. If dikwors is for use, it is on a regular basis flattened to provide a larger surface area for drying.
