We follow your needs

You can buy hams that already come with a ham holder and knife included, or you can have the products separately. It’s up to you.

This ham is a medium fat serrano ham with a medium to high cure.
It takes its name form being cured in high mountain areas, where the cool, dry air is perfect for a slow traditional curing process.
