A limited release blend of rum produced in Indonesia & Fiji, crafted from molasses and distilled the usage of column stills then aged in ex bourbon casks. A very limited release of around 2,000 bottles all over the world. Tasting note: Baked Banana, Manuka Honey, Tropical Fruit and Spiced Oak. Remarkable Regional Rums – A marriage of rums from different distilleries in one classic rum producing region. All are extra old rums and we aim to capture the vibrancy, style and terroir of that region creating sipping rums which can be exciting, vibrant and utterly delicious. This blend has been at the drafting board for three years and for almost all of that time we couldn’t get the profile right. We ultimately substituted one of the most countries for Indonesia and it right away worked! A very peculiar blend – we think this might just change your perception of rum.
