Bounty Premium Overproof Fiji Rum is produced by the South Pacific Distilleries in Fiji. It is a standard logo within the South Pacific with its heritage dating back to 1979. Patiently aged before the mast blenders choose the most efficient barrels to create the completed product. Dark mahogany in colour with intense dried fruit aromas finishing with molasses and caramel notes. Wealthy and thick in texture the notes of dried fruits linger within the end with spicy liquorice notes. The name, Bounty, is in connection with the HMS Bounty whose mutiny made Captain Bligh and the ship famous.
