Our local butcher started his business out of a desire to provide chefs with a bespoke service responding to their individual needs; underpinned by top quality and fully traceable fresh meats. By working closely with local farmers and abattoirs, our butcher offers consistency in quality, insisting on only the highest levels of animal welfare and sustainability. All the meat is packed in a food grade polystyrene tray and vacuum sealed, like in the supermarkets, to preserve its freshness and taste. The butcher cuts and packs the meat bespoke to each order. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds on fresh meat orders. – Keep refrigerated. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. do not exceed the Use By Date. The product will return to its natural colour within 2 to 3 minutes of opening. Suitable for freezing.
