The oldest Unlock from the 2018 Diageo Special Unlock range. Lower than 4000 bottles were produced world wide. Combining European and American oak this spectacular Caol Ila shows dusty wooden and cinder toffee At the nose with a slight lifted white fruit aroma too. The palate is wealthy but has a herbal and spicy note coupled with a miles stronger peat and smoke presence. At the finish it is unctuous and unusually silky with a cereal and nuttiness that lingers on and on.
