These are then blended and aged in new American oak cask fro a further six months of their easiest warehouse all the way through the summer months to maximize the extraction. Natural peaty flavour enhanced by the quite a lot of maturations of the differing cask types.
A completely natural colour and not using a caramel added and it’s sparkling gold with layers of colour
Comprised of hand selected oak casks with best possible balance and flavour
Nose: peat first, then ripe red fruits from the PX and oloroso casks
