Originally decided on particularly for the Dutch market and the discharge of the book Whisky and Jazz, a book pairing Jazz musicians with whisky. This single cask Springbank used to be bottled at cask strength and used to be matured in sherry cask. Bold and wealthy with loads of spice and stewed fruits. Smoke and savoury notes at the palate in conjunction with more red fruit and warming leather tones. The end is long with a briney note, earthy with diminishing smoke.
