A soft fruity font and modest but intriguing middle.
A dry palate with a clean and refreshing aftertaste. Excellently expressed vinosity not unusual to Georgian wines.
Food Pairing Suggestions: Light meats like chicken and pork, all kinds of seafood and fruit desserts. Outstanding when served with spicy curries or Asian hot and sour flavours.
