We take great pride in producing biltong to the most productive of our ability and each and every step of production is a careful process from slicing the beef, roasting the spices, slowly marinating and in the end air drying to perfection. All our flavours are packed in a lot of sizes and we also sell Variety Packs, including all our popular biltong items.
Dry Wors or Droewors (dry sausage) as the local South Africans call it, is a very popular snack food.
It is most often made by drying the traditional boerewors sausage, with a couple of alterations in spices and production.
We only use 100% beef (which contains of 80% beef meat with 20% beef fat), including a lot of spices to make our unique version of this famous snack.
Ofcourse we only use natural casings to make our Dry Wors.
