Origin: Ginger is a spice that was once found out over 5,000 years ago and is widely distributed in Asia. KHLA chose to work with a producer positioned in Vietnam because it was once on this country that we found an organic producer who meets our code of ethics.

Culture: Ginger is the rhizome of a plant of the genus “zingiber”. It takes ten months for its aerial part to fade and thus harvest the underground rhizomes.
