Our range includes Biltong Sticks, Sliced Biltong, Chilli Bites, Original Bites, Dry Wors, Venison Bites and Beef Jerky. We take great pride in producing biltong to the most efficient of our ability and every step of production is a careful process from slicing the beef, roasting the spices, slowly marinating and in the end air drying to perfection. All our flavours are packed in various sizes and we also sell Variety Packs, including all our popular biltong items.
The sticks are made the use of carefully selected joints of silverside beef of the best quality.
After every piece is carefully hand cut the meat is then marinated the use of a collection of freshly grounded spices.
Once the marinating process is complete the meat pieces are slowly air dried for several days before being in a position.
