A very dark treacle colour.
A wonderful nose, rich and appetising, malty and caramel multi function. I will sense the toffee from a toffee apple.
A strong whisky for it’s years, with fresh fruity and floral tastes. Adding a couple of drops of water to this in reality does wonders, releasing an array of sherry flavours mixed with toasted coffee. Magnificent.
The finish is long, but you want it was longer. You’ll want to needless to say the light fresh and fruity flavour perpetually.
A great late night dram. Savour with friends until dawn.
